Steel structure floor bearing plate also includes baffle plate, sealing plate, edge plate and other auxiliary components. The floor bearing plate is laid and connected with the steel beam, the plate end and the steel beam penetration spot welding, the middle of the stud and the steel beam penetration welding.

The construction technology
The process flow of steel structure floor plate is generally like this: elastic line – typesetting material – hoisting – pressure plate installation – plug plate and edge plate installation – welding fixation – acceptance – reinforcement – embedded parts – pouring – maintenance.

1, the first elastic line in the plank area pop up the center line of the steel beam, the center line of the beam is the control line of the main position of the fixed floor bearing plate. The center line of the main beam controls the lap width of the floor slab and steel girder, and determines the welding spot position of the floor slab and steel girder. The center line of the beam will determine the welding position of the secondary studs for penetration welding. Because it is difficult to observe the specific position of the secondary beam flange after the floor bearing plate is laid, the center line of the secondary beam and the width of the secondary beam flange bounce back on the center line of the main beam. When fixing the stud, the center line of the secondary beam and the width of the secondary beam flange bounce back on the floor bearing plate on the secondary beam surface.
2. According to the lap length, position, spacing and span size of the primary and secondary beams required by the drawing design, the layout of the blanking is divided into standard cross-pressure steel plate layout drawing; Non-standard cross-pressure plate typesetting drawing; Detail of standard nodal practices; Practice details of individual nodes; Compressed steel plate number, material list, etc. This project profiled steel plate and girder lap size is not less than 50mm.
3. Hoisting:
1) when the profiled steel plate manufacturer supplies, the profiled steel plate should be shipped to the site in bundles by the installation unit, and the profiled steel plate shall be stacked neatly in accordance with the paving order according to the layout plan provided by the manufacturer. 2) Before lifting the shaped steel plate, it is required to check its plate type, size, number of pieces and location according to the design construction drawing. After confirming the correct batching, it shall be hoisted to each construction joint and stacked according to the main structure installation order and progress respectively. Stacking should be separated into strips. When the pressure plate is suspended on the beam, it should be lowered at a slow speed, and the rough lifting action should be avoided by all means. 3) the steel plate in the loading, unloading, installation is strictly prohibited with wire rope tied directly lifting, should use soft sling or in the wire rope and plate contact corner with rubber or steel plate under the use of pad wood, transportation and stacking should have enough fulcrum, in order to prevent deformation. Hoisting should be stable, can not have the tilting phenomenon, in order to prevent the slide hurt. 4) the steel plate should be bundled and stacked across multiple steel beams. When the single span is placed between two beams, attention should be paid to the supporting width at both ends to avoid falling accidents caused by dumping. 5) when the wind speed is ≥6m/s, the construction is prohibited. The profiled steel plate that has been opened should be rebundled. Otherwise, the profiled steel plate is likely to be blown by the wind, causing safety accidents or damage to the profiled steel plate.
4, installation,
1) Before laying, the bending deformation should be corrected.
2) The top surface of the steel beam should be kept clean, strictly prevent moisture and paint from being dry.
3) Before installing the profiled steel plate, the position line of the profiled steel plate should be marked on the beam. When laying the profiled steel plate, the waveform notch at the end of the adjacent two rows of profiled steel plate should be aligned. After hoisting in place, the phase plate starts from the starting line of the steel beam that has popped out, and is placed in place along the laying direction of a single piece. After reaching the control line, the plate seam should be adjusted appropriately.
4) The board shall be dispersed and adjusted in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications. The straightness of the board shall be the maximum deviation of the single span of 10mm, and the fault of the board shall be < 5mm. It can be connected with the main girder after passing the inspection.
5) the laying direction of the profiling steel plate The laying direction of the project should be perpendicular to the direction of the small secondary beam laying, disconnected at the main beam, lap joint is not less than 50mm.
6) The laying of irregular panels is carried out according to the layout of steel beams at the scene. The center line of the steel beam is laid out, and then the control line is released to get the actual area of the profiled steel plate, and then the layout is carried out according to the width of the profiled steel plate. Then on the pressure plate lofting, cutting. The pressure plate is pre-assembled on the ground and the platform, and it is found that the parts with loose bite and imprecise should be adjusted. According to the actual layout drawing for laying, connection fixed.

6. Welding and fixing
1) each piece of pressure plate on both sides of the trench bottom are to be fixed with 16mm diameter of the welding nail and steel beam, the average maximum distance between the solder joint is 20 CMS. The welding material should penetrate the profiled steel plate and weld well with the steel beam material. If a penetration stud is used to weld a steel beam directly through a profiled plate, the stud can replace some of the above number of solder joints.
2) The welding with the steel beam includes not only the supporting steel beam of the two ends of the profiled steel plate, but also the secondary beam between the spans; If the welding current of the stud is too large, and the pressure plate is burned through and loosened, a solder joint should be added beside the stud.
3) field opening and cutting: the cutting work of the pressed steel plate needed on the site, such as beveling, Angle cutting, extra long, hole and some irregular surface, should be used plasma cutting machine, to avoid damaging the plating treatment of the steel plate surface. If oxygen acetylene cutting is used, zinc powder antirust paint should be coated on the edge of the cutting mouth to avoid corrosion. When carrying out the construction of water, electricity and ventilation pipes, the construction personnel of profiled steel plate shall cut the holes. After cutting, the hole should be protected according to the requirements.
4) after the position of the profiled steel plate, the cutting line pops up, and the cutting line is cut along the line. The position of the cutting line should refer to the floor hole drawing and layout drawing, and be checked; General holes should be as far as possible in the concrete after casting and then cut, such as the vertical plate rib direction of the pre-opening damage and pressure plate groove rib, must be strengthened according to the provisions. 6) The profiled steel plate shall be installed in line according to the drawing, straightened, compacted and spot welded firmly. The requirements are as follows: (1) corrugated to straight, so that the steel bar in the wave through; (2) lap with the beam in the groove for welding; (3) Each groove must be soldered firmly, with no less than one solder spot per groove, and the diameter of the welding spot shall not be less than 25px. (4) after the laying of the pressure plate is completed and the straightening is fixed, the locking machine and tools should be used in time to lock the door, so as to prevent the separation of the pressure plate bite due to the stacking of construction materials or personnel traffic. After the installation, the construction waste should be cleaned in time before the reinforcement installation, and the scraps cut off should be collected and piled up on the ground.
7, reinforced concrete part of the construction floor to be pressed steel plate, stud acceptance qualified, can be carried out before the construction of reinforcement works. The construction technology of concrete part of composite floor slab is basically similar to that of pure concrete floor slab. When pouring concrete, because this project adopts unsupported profiling steel plate as floor slab formwork, it is necessary to be careful to avoid excessive concrete accumulation and the impact caused by dumping concrete during concrete pouring.
